How far in advance should I book an appointment?

For most services, booking one to three days ahead is enough. Peak times — typically Monday mornings and Friday afternoons — fill faster, so earlier booking is advisable then. Same-day slots are released each morning at 09:00 for any cancellations from the previous day.

Do you offer services in Romanian as well as English?

Absolutely. Our full team is bilingual and all services, consultations, and product information are available in both Romanian and English. Whichever language you are more comfortable in, we will match it without you needing to ask.

Can I return or exchange a product I purchased?

Yes. We honor a 14-day return and exchange policy on all products in their original condition, in line with Romanian consumer law. Simply bring your receipt and the item to the shop. For items with manufacturing defects, the warranty period applies and we handle all liaison with the supplier on your behalf.

Is there parking near Strada Florilor 14?

There is on-street parking on Strada Florilor itself and on the adjacent Strada Rozelor. A public parking lot on Bulevardul Dacia, roughly a four-minute walk away, is available for longer stays. We are also well connected by tram lines 21 and 41, with a stop two minutes from the door.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash (RON), all major debit and credit cards, and contactless payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay. For consultations booked in advance, no deposit is required — we ask only for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
